eMentoring allows you the opportunity to volunteer your expertise to a student in a way that overcomes time constraints and geographical barriers. You are able to give a St. Teresa's student the knowledge and skills she needs to take a realistic look at her future- to gain awareness about the demands and opportunities within the job market and to begin to develop a plan that puts her on the path towards eventual success.
